Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Bernard Simunović’s online shop, every artwork is handled with care and crafted with intention. While we hope you’re completely satisfied with your order, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below are our policies for returns and cancellations.
Returns
We accept returns only for the following item type:
Open edition art prints
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at info@bernardsimunovic.com. Use the subject line "Return Request" and include your:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label. Returns are free of charge for eligible items.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Due to the unique and exclusive nature of certain works, the following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Limited edition prints on canvas
- Original artworks
- Custom or commissioned pieces
These items are carefully made in limited quantities or as one-of-a-kind pieces, and as such, all sales are considered final.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send a confirmation email regarding the status of your refund. If approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original method of payment
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase by emailing info@bernardsimunovic.com with your order number.
Please note:
- After 48 hours, your order may enter production or preparation for shipping, and cannot be cancelled.
- Custom pieces and original artworks are prepared individually and are not eligible for cancellation after the 48-hour window.
